Wheat Beet Dürüm with Grilled Chicken and Garlic Yoghurt Dressing
How to make it:
For the Wheat Beet Dürüm:
Mix in grated beetroot, grated ginger, finely chopped green chillies, powdered flaxseeds with wheat flour, water and salt to taste. Mix into a soft dough. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll it to a thin circle by dusting some wheat flour to roll it. Heat the griddle and place the dürüm on it, cook until both sides are evenly roasted.
For the Grilled Chicken:
Marinate chicken breast with garlic, pepper corns, onions, olive oil, salt. Grill in the oven until done. Shred into pieces and keep aside.
For the Garlic Yoghurt:
Beat hung curd with a pinch of garlic paste and salt.
The Slaw:
Mix up iceberg lettuce, lime juice, shreaded carrots, salt.
Assemble all the ingredients into a roll.
